Tina Stromsted, Ph.D., MFT, LPCC, BC-DMT, Jungian analyst, Board Certified Dance Therapist, and Somatic psychotherapist was co-founder and faculty at the Authentic Movement Institute in Berkeley. A founding member of the Women's Spirituality program at the California Institute of Integral Studies, she teaches at the C.G. Jung Institute of San Francisco, in the Depth Psychology/Somatics Doctoral program at Pacifica Graduate Institute, as core faculty in the Marion Woodman Foundation’s BodySoul Rhythms programs, and in universities and healing centers in the US and internationally.
Tina’s numerous articles and book chapters explore the integration of body, psyche and soul in clinical work. With a background in dance and theater, she has a special interest in the creative process, neuroscience, ecopsychology, dreams, attachment theory, and embodied spirituality.
With forty years of teaching and clinical experience, Tina offers individual sessions, consultation, weekend workshops, and intensives.
